Message: I want to thank the staff at this bank for all the help they have all given my mother. She had her bank cards and identity stolen and she didn't know what to do, and the staff at this branch of the bank took such good care of her. They went out of their way to tell her she didn't do anything wrong, she wasn't a bad customer, etc. They helped her with everything, including things that didn't relate directly to her account with them. This whole experience really shook her and the staff were so very kind and helpful. Mom told me they were "a God's send" and "saved her sanity". Thank you to everyone at this bank.
