Message: I just wanted to chime in and say that Advancial is a good institution. I've been with them for years as a depositor, never as a borrower though. It can be difficult to join, however, due to the membership or geographical requirements. It's focused on people who live in the the footprint of the old ARCO (Atlantic Richfield) oil company, which long ago merged into BP.. "With a history dating back to 1937, Advancial provides a diversified line of advanced financial solutions to its members. Originally founded to serve the financial needs of employees of Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO),.. ". I have been moving my checking out of Ally Bank, due to on-going fraud issues over there, and I find the Advancial website and phone app to be completely fine replacements for the Ally Bank versions. I have tested direct deposit, ACH transfers, and ACH autopays of my credit cards, and I've not had any issues. I can lock down my debit cards online. I can do all the basics. I have not had any crashes.. Mostly importantly, if I have a serious issue like fraud I have two Advancial branches within driving distance, so I can get face-to-face help from a human. The Ally Bank customers have been on the phone for hours waiting for poor quality help if they get hit with fraud.. I also use a safe deposit box at Advancial, the annual price is very low. The building and lobby are new and clean. The people are friendly. I'm staying.

Message: Very nice customer service. Came in to inquire about questions about accounts in general and they were very friendly and helpful. I don't bank here but if I lived locally I would come here. Ceirra (branch mgr) and Gladys (teller) were who I spoke with. Nice people.

Message: Jade was nothing but great and showed excellent customer service and it really felt that she genuinely cares about her customers. Very fast in responding emails. The process was done real quick and I was in and out within 30 mins. I would highly recommend this place for any sort of loans or services.

Message: Very good services. Me and my wife, we both have accounts in this bank. At the Eldridge branch the attendants are always helpful and polite. My account manager is very accessible and usually solves my problems promptly. I'm overall very happy w/ the provided services.
