Message: I just popped in to cash a cashier's check they sent me for an account they closed with no explanation I guess I won't be back. I give the stars because I think the bank is nice even though I can't do business with you for some reason?.

Message: Great Service opened my account there a few weeks ago. I see complaints of long lines and wait times. Its a bank the few times I have gone in people were in line for transactions they could have done at an atm or through mobile banking. It's funny people take the time to complain the time it took you to right a bad review you could have learned other ways to make a deposit or withdraw cash.. funny how people will stand in line at a mall to spend money but complain about taking it out. T he banker that assisted me also let me know that you could make an appointment which I have done each time I have gone in so maybe you idiots should try that it is a business and you are not the only person who has to do bank transactions so wait in line and and shut the hell up.
