Message: Super slow commercial loan process. The first time around took a month and a half for a pre-approval. By that time, someone else had purchased the property we wanted.. 8 months later, we found another property and had to go through the entire process again. It took 2 weeks just for a pre-approval.. Things finally improved greatly once Bob stepped aside and Dillion was assigned as our loan officer. He's very quick to answer any questions and kept us informed on what needed to be done next. Super friendly, smart and attentive fella.. We finally did close on a property and can move forward with our expansion plans.
