Message: My experience at FLNB/Liberty has been wonderful. The employees always seem eager to help and enjoy doing so with smiles. The president is very friendly and waves hello as you enter.

Message: So far I have had good to great experiences with them in the last 15 years that I have been banking with them. Granted, I don't have lots of interactions with the physical bank very often because I usually do everything online. Their online banking is a bit clunky but it has gotten much better over the last few years. I like the yearly hotdog/bbq sandwich and music give back event that they do. I am not a huge fan of the virtual teller at the ATM in Hardin, it used to be much easier and quicker to get in and out with your money when they had the old atm locations. One other thing that I don't care for is there overcharge fee system. They will let multiple overdraft fees pile up and if you don't catch they aren't warning you. For example, if you buy 3 pieces of candy over 3 days from different merchants, you will get charged 35. 00x3 with no courtesy call warning you.

Message: Talk about Busy. You're lucky if you can even pull in to make a transaction. Line of vehicles are put in the road on a daily basis. Even after putting more lines in for customers. Can hear what the teller is saying across the street. Not good. Personal info may be leaked. Be careful patrons.
