Message: I have a long-standing relationship with LFCU. In all of 21 years, they have provided my family great service - from financing the car loans to notarizing important documents. I even had a favorite banker there but he’s now retired. The person who facilitated our recent car loan, Sonia Salazar, is a personable lady who made sure the process was as fast and easy.. The one downside is the experience of using the debit card. If pin is entered wrongly, you will be rejected and will only be cleared if you call them. Calling them is not problematic; I always get the issue resolved. However, there should be a way for debit card to be used as a credit card just like the other debit cards such as Wells Fargo or Chase.. One other thing customers need to know is they don’t offer business checking account. I wonder if they have that info somewhere in their website.. Except for those two, I’m satisfied with LFCU’s service, their bankers and their staff.
