Message: Opening a small business and covering all the details is daunting. We chose to work with Independent Financial because I have been with them for over 20 years. Belinda has always been so kind and helpful to our family and to everyone else I know in this small town. We worked with Ayesha Ansari and Maurci Witherspoon. The amount of paperwork, the patience, detail, quality, timely delivery, professionalism and customer care was second to none. Personally, I have worked in a corporate capacity for well over 30 years. I understand the importance of customer care excellence and it was a wonderful experience to be on the receiving end. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they are definitely a 10.
