Message: I love my bank! I’ve never had a single problem and was even credited for an overdraft fee :) Online banking app is awesome and never an issue with that either.

Message: I used to want to switch every time I had to go to the bank. They were so unfriendly and took forever to do a deposit at the drive thru even when I was the only car and there was no one inside. But they have recently gotten new staff, have improved their customer service. And their reps inside the offices at the branch are stellar. They sat down with me and helped me when I needed it most. Although I don't want to switch banks, I'm rarely in marble falls anymore and don't like the drive over there when I need to deposit cash.
