Message: This is the Main bank and location for CBTx and this is the best location hands down. Their staff is always kind, ready to help and even help you after hours. One of their Excutives letting me in late on a Friday afternoon when I was running late due to work and helping me with a paperwork issue despite the fact it was obvious the man was on the way home. I’ve only banked with them for a couple of years now but I’d take them over Chase any day.

Message: I love this bank! I never have problems with them, and they are happy to answer any questions that I have. The services they provide are first-rate. Go to the downtown location or the Wal-mart branch for the best service, however. The branch on University just isn't as friendly.
