Message: One of the tellers I think her name was Brittany, inflated a balloon for my daughter. Customer service is still alive here. I will say that all Woodforest banks should have an Express lane for people just withdrawing money or cashing or depositing checks.

Message: I switched to Woodforest-Porter about 8 months ago and everybody is so friendly, they make me feel welcome every time I walk in. They are really fast even on Friday evenings when everybody shows up to the bank. Managers are always available when needed. Really do recommend this location!
