Message: I always come to this PLS to do Western Union transfers they are always so nice but Jose helped me last week and he kept my change I told him he didn't give my change and he got an attitude back at me saying that he didn't owe me anything. I just decided to let him keep it but he should really work on his customer service I came 3 days later and ge didn't even want to help me he sent me to another window thank God I came in and Giovana Esperanza and Gina helped me they are always so nice and attentive he should really learn from them.
