Message: The Original Closing Went Great, It's wasn't till about a week or so later that I received a call telling me that we would have to come back into the office because a "system error" left me off paperwork that my husband && I should of BOTH Been on. I drove 40 minutes on my day off to get this paperwork signed, when I got there Alyson was super nice while I signed BUT when I asked for some type of compensation for the 40 minute drive she asked the escrow officer who said we wouldn't get compensation because it was a "system error" && not their error. Highly dissatisfied not because we didn't get compensation but the way it was worded seemed very rude TO ME.
