Message: PEDRO IS SO HELPFUL! I had an uncommon account type that I needed to have set up this week. It took 3 days, 3 branches in 2 states and 5 associates to get it done. Pedro got all of the paper work figured out after 3 other people had tried and couldn't figure it out. He really went out of his way this morning to make sure that my account got set up today.
