Message: Recently I had a Trust created and needed help to add it as a beneficiary to my accounts. I tried both the 800 customer service number and my local branch in Spring, both of which were not helpful. I happened to be in Tomball and scheduled an appointment with John L. Gorman, II, a relationship Banker. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. He knew exactly what needed to be done, was able to assist me quickly, and also helped to show other products that could be of benefit to me. He is a God send. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to help me in what seemed to be a lost cause. I would highly recommend John to any who have banking questions that no one else can answer. I am so glad to have found him. I'm definitely keeping his card.

Message: Had to add cash fund to my recently opened account Shannon was very pleasant and helpful, some of the questions I asked she did not know so she got me to a rep in the front who answered the questions. She also opened my savings account added my beneficiaries. I was in and out in 30-35 minutes.
