Message: Excellent customer service! Very helpful, patient, and actually relational. In what could’ve been a frustrating situation, Mrs. Gibson, was absolutely pleasantly delightful. I would go as far as to say she was like a breath of fresh air on a hot summer day. Wrestling with time, internet, firewalls, etc. couldn’t phase her at all. She carried on and proceeded with the character I wish most could exhibit. She reminded me of someone I known my whole life. She wasn’t in a RUSH! From my perspective, she enjoys her job.
