Message: The bank will not provide any way to redo my password nor will they provide an evening contact number for them. I have also been banking with this bank for several years, had been a customer of the previous bank. I need to know if my deposit was made. They are asking ridiculous questions in regard to bank association, I have valid credentials and they are ignoring those and me. If it was not so difficult to change banks, I most definitely would!
