Message: Everyone who helped was courteous, knowledgeable, and did more than the minimum. The first person who initiated my request for a lost card, checked and found that my lost card was taken and used and the fraud department had caught it. She could have just requested and charged me for the replacement card, but she did a step further and checked to make sure nothing was wrong with my account. Things like this is what makes the difference in dealing with banking problems and having a good experience or horrible one.
