Message: The People's Federal Credit Union used to have really reliable, quality, and efficient service, but over the last 6 years Ive had, there has been many simple mistakes the tellers should know not to do, the wait times on the phone to make a request are quite long as well, when the actual bank lobby or drive through is not busy.. They need to make better time and customer care for the patrons that use this bank.
