Her patience, and ability to be present, to actively listen to me, while explaining my situation is not some thing. That is so easily found in today’s world, at least in my experience lately… she immediately provided me with the perfect solution that offered the kind of benefits, features and services that allowed me to set up a direct deposit, so that my checks be applied to my very own Flare account, that only I could access, in order to avoid further financial abuse, exploitation. Thanks to her amazing services I am able to enjoy the confidence and peace of mind knowing that my checks are no longer being mailed to me where they were being intercepted and I’m proud to finally report that my abuser has been permanently removed from my life and it all started the day Margaret’s help and advice, set me on a course to restore my confidence and courage I honestly thought I had lost with no hope of ever finding again. She was super patient and sat on the phone with customer service for almost an hour to verify a check. When they hung up on her, she made sure to get me taken care of while reassuring me she would do whatever it takes to get me the money owed to me! She was great at multitasking, taking care of other customers while getting the run around from LG customer service. She knew a lot of clients by name as they walked in.
