Message: Been a member for a decade but this place seems to be going downhill. Today went to drive through and I was the only person at the drive through. Took them about 5 minutes to answer me when I pushed the button and then about another 10 minutes once the tube took the cylinder inside. I parked my car and went in to ask why it took so long and they had one girl working all three drive in lanes as well as handling all the walk in customers. Poor management practices and one that might cost them this customer! Edited today 7/9/2019 they seem to have made improvements now in the drive through situation and is quicker. Nice Employees. My original review was for three stars but I'm going to bump them up to 5 stars now for improvements made. Has always been a good place to get a loan but I have preferred credit unions over banks so I am a little biased. Love the fresh popcorn and the snacks. I'm still a member and probably always will be unless the city of Austin runs me out of my house with high taxes.

Message: I’ve had multiple loans from here and they’ve always been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. This is always my first look when I need a vehicle loan. Their interest rates have always been the lowest I could find as well. Highly recommend.
