Message: I am a new member at TCCU, I chose them due to competitive used car loan rates, and they have exceeded my expectations as far as everything goes! Erica my loan officer was just amazing, she listened to my needs and worked diligently get get my daughter and I quickly pre-approved, and was so helpful, professional and attentive throughout the entire buying process! The branch staff are equally all very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I am so glad I have gone with TCCU and look forward to doing further business with them!

Message: I recently had an urgent account issue. When I called TCCU I spoke to Bryan, who was sympathetic, efficient, and had my issue resolved sooner than I could have hoped. His help provided enormous peace of mind. Any financial institution can work for you when things are going right, but when things go wrong, you want a credit union like this one and employees like Bryan on your side. I have a wonderful loan officer, she helps me obtain loans with great ease. The president of TCCU is great, I personally can walk in and shake his hand and he knows my name.
