Message: I went in to get my name changed due to marriage. The assoc. changed my name in the system and then I asked to get my debit card and my BOA credit card changed to my new name. I waited 2 wks and didn't get eiter card. I tried to call into the Davenport location for over a week quite a few times a day and never got through to a person, just told to go online if you want to make an appt. I finally just had to go back to the bank and the same assoc. helped me. He was able to get my debit card sent to me with the new name and my credit card came about a week later, so he did get it right the 2nd time. My time is valualbe though and all this would take is a phone call. Other than this issue, BOA has always been good to me. So, not sure how to rate as far as stars go. Please make it an option to talk to someone at the branch when you call in.
