Message: I just realized I’ve had an account with First National (previously first state) for like 15 years now and I have zero complaints. I’ve always used Chico or Bport locations. They helped me obtain PPP loans completely hassle free. as I’m shopping around for my daughters first account and saw tons of bad reviews for other banks, made me realize how good this one is. Message: Great bank. Excellent employees! Friendly! Ive had a checking and savings account for at least 5 years. Ive had 2 great auto loans with no problems. The only thing I dont like bieng a young tech savy student is the online banking. If this bank made that change and upgraded this and add a mobile app feature it would be a 10 out of 10 bank. Also the website is pretty boring and old. Still Def recomended! Thanks!
