Message: I have been a member of FWCCU, previously Fort Worth Federal Credit Union, since the late 50's, early 60's when my father had his office next to the newly opened FWFCU office in the basement of the Federal Courthouse in Fort Worth. I have their original account book from back in the mid 50's they used for account entries. My parents obtained accounts for myself and each of my brothers, but I did not start using my account on a regular basis until the 80's when offices became available in Arlington where we lived at the time. Even though I now live in Decatur, Texas, I continue to use them as my main banking account and will continue to do so. Great place to do banking. Highly recommend FWCCU.

Message: I had an issue activating my card, I called up and Elizabeth Hernandez’s helped me out she was so kind and utterly perfect to talk too she got my problem solved in like 2 minutes and was an absolute joy to talk to, and unfortunately I did forget the name of the lady who helped me originally set up the account but I do remember she’s pregnant and has brown hair she was also an absolute pleasure to talk too! The customer service I’ve experienced has been flawless these two ladies really need a raise! Wonderful people! Edit I believe her name was Jennifer who helped me set up an account.
