Message: Switched from Wells Fargo after they tried to screw me out of a few thousand dollars. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Always helpful and get things resolved quickly. The only thing I wish was I could deposit via atm since I often can't make it during business hours.

Message: After being with Wells Fargo for years I'm slowly moving everything to Citizens. This particular bank is one of the best. All the staff are helpful and have a great attitude. They know what they're doing and don't waste time. I've dealt with Blake and Allison in the past and they have always been straightforward, given me the best rates, and have my best interest in mind. Great people make a great bank, and this is a perfect example of that. Thanks Citizens! Still a great bank, I am going on 2 years of banking with them.

Message: This Bank is not as friendly as other Banks I worked with, few or their new workers smile as you walk in and delay of returning your calls is biggest problem they have but if you show you can pay them back you have better chance of getting loans.

Message: This is a fantastic bank that isn't afraid to loan money. I tried them because I do work on many peoples properties and could clearly see that they were loaning money. I switched to them from another local bank that was just too strict with their lending.

Message: Was treated rudely when I would ask questions in order to better educate myself as to how particular loans function. Tellers and such are very polite. May have just had a bad experience with a particular individual but bad enough I wont go back to Brenham location for loans anymore. Polar opposite with Somerville location! Never had any issues with Somerville.
