Message: I walked in to open a checking account. I had inquired at another bank and was told the manager wouldn’t be in that day and she was very busy and it might be a couple of days before I could even get an appt with her. At that time I was certain this particular bank was no longer one of interest for me. I left, drove to the next closest bank which was Guaranty. I was greeted in a professional manner, told that the person i Needed to see was “finishing up some paperwork on another account” and she would be with me shortly. Soon after Rhonda Shannon took me into her office where we discussed my options and the benefits offered. Within 30 minutes I was out the door with a clear understanding of what I could expect from Guaranty bank. Thank you Rhonda for your professionalism and your time. No appointment needed.
