Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Message: I was very hesitant on coming to this location. Due to some of the older reviews. But I am very pleased, that I came to this Conroe branch. Despite what the reviews said. Hands down, this was by far the best experience that I had ever experienced with a bank. From the moment I walked through the doors. I was greeted with a gentleman with a smile on his face. And was very polite and helpful. The nearest Bank of America is 40 miles from where I live. The customer service that I received from Mrs. Lauren and Mrs Lupe from the business banking dept. (forgive me if that info is not correct). I quickly forgot about the long hot drive over from Lake livingston area. Just put it this way. I was so amazed on how attention oriented and helpful they were. I OPENED A ACCOUNT lol. When my original purpose was to just get a few checks cashed. Mrs. Lauren made sure that I was all set up on the mobile banking app. And any info that I needed to add. She was on top of her game, and added it for me. There was no going home. Reading all the hand outs on "how to's" when it came to mobile apps ect. . In a very short time, I got everything I needed to be done. Completed with out one ounce of stress or hassle. Got my checks cashed. As well as a new account set up. And a bonus when Mrs Lupe gave me info and offered her time on any questions I might have on setting up a business account. Since I am a sole proprietor of my first business. Thinking my experience couldn't have been any better. This very dapper dressed young gentleman came into the office. And If I am not mistaken. Introduced himself as the bank manager. And as polite and sincere as he could be. Welcomed me personally to being the newest account holder of Bank of America. Thank you all for such a great experience. You all truly went over and beyond what any expectations that i had. On what a banking experience should be.
