Message: The staff here are very professional and polite. Especially the associate at the first/reception desk. Eli the banker who assisted with my transaction was very professional and helpful and efficient. I was nervous based on some of the other reviews. I will say they really encourage you to use your tools in the app and online first, but I am okay with that. It is why I was here (i had gotten locked out of the app and didn’t have my acct number anywhere else). Overall my experience was great.
