Message: I never thought I would look forward to trips to the bank but this branch has made this very much the case. All of the tellers are incredibly kind and helpful, but I would like to thank Cynthia in particular for going above and beyond. She not only remembers my first name, but also remembers that I work across the street and always asks how things are going. This is despite the fact that I probably only drop in twice a month. From free cookie Fridays to the general outstanding customer service, I would like to thank everyone at this branch for making it a delight to bank at Independent bank.
