Message: Wow! Ok before I say anything…I was actually going to go to another location this morning but didn’t look at my google maps and ended up at this branch lol. AMAZING service! I hate that I didn’t get names; felt weird asking or staring to see who they were lol. But what a great team! I don’t know who the manager is but to all the tellers/bank associates that worked today, 4/4/23 around 9am what a great team. From the moment I walked in, there was a lady ready to help and guided me to where I needed to go; to the teller I had (Luis I believe), superb service. As I was waiting I heard a few other tellers thank customers for their patience and time. The lady that greeted me even knew some of the customers and asked them about their families/work. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to since all the other reviews are negative. Well today it was more than a positive experience. Made my day!
