Message: Well, after a very disappointing experience at a different (to big to fail) bank it was time to look elsewhere. A friend recommended I talk to BBVA. Called and made an appointment and went in to open two business accounts. Everything went smoothly and they did exactly what they said they would do. Now considering moving my personal accounts here. It was nice to get local treatment as a small business customer. BBVA made me feel immediately at home where the C bank, even after being a customer for 16 years, did not. Thanks!
