Message: On the first week of February I joined Neighborhood Credit Union (NCU). It is the first time in my life I join a CU. JaQuita, Branch Manager, educated me on how NCU operates and the products they offer. She explained things so well that I felt confident to join them. I have always been a bank customer. Then I was lead to Tiara, Digital Experience Specialist, to officially open a Savings and Checking account. Tiara made my transition so easy. Since then I have contacted both JaQuita and Tiara with additional questions for clarity and they were always so patient and helpful. My experience as a new NCU member has been a positive one because they have always been very polite. I feel like I have known them all my life although it's been less than a month.
