Message: These guys take customer service to a new level! I've had accounts in large banks my whole life and have been completely unpleased with all of them. I decided to give these guys a chance and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best bank I have ever been with. Not only are they a lot more accessible the most banks, they go above and beyond comma call you by your name comma and actually fix problems. Never going back to one of the big boys that's for sure.
