Message: I have been pleased with this mortgage company for the past 12 years - until now. The level and education of customer service has waned drastically. Written requests ignored and they have the attitude that you as the client are an inconvenience. They need to train and educate their employees to understand the dichotomy of business operations and that the client is important and necessary for their continued growth and existence.

Message: From day one Steve Ceretto made sure we knew what our options were and what those options would cost. As first time homebuyers there was A LOT that we didn't understand but, Steve was patient and took the time to make sure we understood what the process was, what was happening at the time, and what to expect next.
