Message: This is the only location I’ll ever deal with. I’ve been to several branches and this location seems to take pride in customer service. I was ready to walk away from BBVA permanently due to a horrible experience, and on going poor customer service. Diego Rubio, Patty and the entire staff at this location saved me as a customer. I will only deal with this location moving forward because compared to all other branches near me, the customer service here stands out.
