Message: They are very friendly and helpful but when I tried to move one of my accounts here to bank locally they could never get the online system to work then charged me a fee every month for not having access to the online portal which they were never able to give me access to. I went in and they tried multiple times but could never get it to work. I moved that account back to chase.
